The categories of third-party providers that process personal data on behalf of Justify Ltd are listed below. The named provider in each category, together with their location and the specific purpose, is supplied to customers under our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — see Section 03 to request a copy.

We will notify customers of any new sub-processor at least 30 days before the sub-processor begins processing personal data. Objections may be raised through our contact form or chat within that notice period.
The named list of providers in each category is supplied to customers under our Data Processing Agreement. To receive the list and a copy of the DPA, request access through our contact form or chat; we will reply to verified business contacts within one working day.
Where a sub-processor is located outside the UK or EEA, we rely on Adequacy Decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK–US Data Bridge to ensure equivalent protection. See Section 8 of our Privacy Policy for details.
